HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply browse our shop and find the products you’d like to order, and click the “Add to Cart” button. Continue shopping and add any additional products you’d also like to purchase. When ready, go to your cart to checkout. After checking out, you’ll receive details on how to send payment via Email Money Transfer.

Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive updates on your order as it goes through our fulfillment process. We ship our orders daily at 12pm (PST)

HOW DO I PAY?

Currently, we only accept INTERAC email money transfers. Details on where to send this payment will be noted on the screen after you’ve successfully checked out. You’ll also receive an email when you place an order with detailed instructions on how to pay.

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

All orders will be sent with Xpresspost via Canada Post. Packages may take up to 2-4 business days to deliver to most major cities. If you live in a rural area, it may take a day or so longer.

Tracking codes will be sent via e-mail for you to look up more accurate delivery estimates.

WHAT WILL MY PACKAGES LOOK LIKE?

Our fulfillment team are given careful instructions to ensure the packages are discreet and secure. Orders will be shipped with a bubble mailer without any branding or references to shrooms of any kind. The return address will be a random generated personal address from BC. All contents are packaged into air tight smell proof mylar bags or jars, depending on the product.

MY TRACKING CODE DOESNT SEEM TO WORK?

In this scenario, it is likely that Canada Post has not yet updated their system to include your tracking number. Please check back later to see if the code has been scanned in and populated with information.

If the tracking code continues to not work for over 24 hours, please contact us and we will look into the issue.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE?

If your package has not arrived within 2 days of the expected delivery date, please contact Canada Post immediately. We have no control over shipping delays and only Canada Post will be able to help. If your package has not been delivered and the package is lost in transit, we will replace your order – no questions asked.

PsiloTherapy will not be held liable for lost orders due to mistakes made by the postal office, incorrect addresses given by customers, damage to orders by postal service, expired PO BOX numbers or stolen packages after delivery.

If your tracking information states that the package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this issue with Canada Post. We cannot do anything about packages that show as being delivered.

WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH MY ORDER?

If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at Orders@psilotherapy.ca and we will try to rectify any problems you may have. Alternatively, you can send an email reply to the invoice you received with your order.
