Once you've filled out and submitted the checkout page, you should have landed on a order confirmation screen. On this screen there should be several lines of instructions highlighted in yellow. Take note of this and proceed to the next step.
LOGIN TO BANKING APP
Login to your banking app whether it be on your computer or your mobile device.
SELECT INTERAC E-TRANSFER
Depending on which bank you're with, this may be named or under menu options labeled: 'SEND MONEY' or 'TRANSFERS'
FILL OUT PAYMENT FORM
After the order has been placed, you should have noticed detailed instructions highlighted in yellow indicating what to fill these fields with. A copy of these instructions will be included in the email you received after placing the order. *please contact us immediately if you need any assistance with this.
It's that easy! Once you've sent your payment, our accounting team will accept the funds and update your order status to Processing. Where our warehouse staff will carefully package your order and ship out to the post office.
